Federal Criminal Defense

Federal Criminal Defense is the defense of those charged with offenses in Federal Court. This might include any of the following offenses:

Texas State Criminal Defense is the representation of clients charged with criminal or regulatory offenses in Texas State Courts. Juvenile Defense

Juvenile Defense involves the defense of those charged with Delinquency Petitions in Juvenile Courts. Although the underlying offenses are typically identical to those found in Texas State Courts, the manner by which they are handled is vastly different. Juvenile cases are essentially civil proceedings. However, with certain offenses, there is a very real possibility the child could be sent to the Texas Youth Commission or even certified to stand trial in adult court.
